Welcome to StackWise (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our website, services, and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

This Platform is intended solely for use by residents of the United States. By using the Platform, you represent that you are located in the United States.

They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 2. Accuracy of Information (Safe Harbor)

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data regarding supplement ingredients, formulations, and specifications, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Supplement manufacturers frequently change their formulations. StackWise assumes no liability for inaccuracies, misstatements, or omissions regarding ingredient data provided by brands or third parties.

3. Data Usage, Sharing, and Account Deletion

By using StackWise, you consent to the collection and use of your platform activity, including searches, saved supplements, created filters, and notes. We share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information (PII) with trusted brand partners to improve product offerings and industry insights.

We do not intentionally sell or share your name, email address, or other PII with these partners. We strictly prohibit our brand partners from reselling any data accessed through our platform, and we do not work with data brokers.

Use of the platform constitutes your agreement to this data sharing. There is no opt-out available for data sharing while maintaining an active account. If you wish to revoke this access, you may delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use and Scraping

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use StackWise for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated systems, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, ingredient profiles, or search results from the platform. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account and block access without prior notice or liability if we determine you have violated this policy.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

StackWise is intended for use solely within the United States. We make no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in other locations, including the European Union. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and/or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
